A couple of points. How will I know that management have imposed my next years payrise when it's nil, zippo, zilch, zero, this pay award is dead if management hadn't nailed it to the perch it would be pushing up daisies.
Oh that's right I'll know because I'll get my non-consolidated lump sum. So that's alright then.
And two. To fund this amazing award I understand that the performance bonus pot has been reduced. This means that if you got £200 for being one of the 40% majority(Don't start me on how 40% is a majority)this year, then next year you can look forward to £120. Well worth acheiving those challenging targets. Keeeeep Dancing
